Reasons Why You Still Have To Bathe Your Child until 10 Years.

Every child has some challenges that are unspeakable to someone except you as his mother or father.

There are things that happen in school that they find hard to tell anyone. It could be behavior against them by a senior person in the classroom, or a teacher that they do not have the courage to confront, and there's no way you will know about it apart from when you are alone with the child.

In your mind, your child can tell you everything but is better for them done in a secret place like the bathroom. As a parent of two boys, based on my relationship with them and the things they have opened up to me, as much your child is still within 10 years of age, do not completely stop bathing him or her.

Here are my reasons:
1. It is when you are bathing the child that you would know if someone touched their private body and who did it.

2. That is when you will know who bullied him or her in school and for what reason.

3. It is during bathing that you will discover changes in their body development earlier than someone else and from that day start guiding that child.

4. Some time, a child will have injury while playing with their mates or siblings, and because of fear of being queried, they decided to hide it, but while bathing that child by massaging his body in the bathroom, you will find out and immediately look for away to treat it.

5. During bathing, you will teach the child how to touch their private body and wash it clean and how to as well do self-massaging on a particular private body if there is a need for it.

As a parent, you still have to bathe your child until that child becomes adult, but this time is occasionally not regularly because you are not bathing him or her for neatness purpose but for unspoken updates you want from that child.
